Scope overview
Das Grundstück der Grundschule Gerberstrase befindet sich in der Gerberstrase 18, 42653 Solingen-Gräfrath am östlichen Rande des historischen Ortskerns. Ein Gebäude wird saniert, ein weiteres erweitert ein drittes neu gebaut. In den Gebäuden wird eine Brandmeldeanlage neu errichtet. Diese wird nicht aufgeschaltet. Außerdem wird eine ELA für Pausengong und Sprachdurchsagen errichtet.
Die behindertengerechten WCs erhalten ein Lichtruf System welches an Zentraler Stelle aufgeschaltet wird. Außerdem muss eine Einbruchmeldeanlage für die Verwaltung installiert werden. Die Außentüren sowie Türen zu Technikräumen erhalten eine Zutrittskontrolle. Ausführungszeitraum vom 03.26 bis 05.27
