Scope overview
Es ist beabsichtigt, einen Planer mit folgendem Leistungsbild zu beauftragen: - Fachplanung o Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagegruppen 4, 5, 6 (ELT)- HOAI, Teil 4, Abschnitt 2 in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 (HOAI) Im Rahmen des Verhandlungsverfahrens wird eine nach objektiven Kriterien begrenzte Zahl von Bewerbern zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung.
Der Auftrag umfasst zunächst Teilleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 und 2. Die weitere Beauftragung erfolgt in Abhängigkeit der finanziellen Sicherung. Der Abruf der weiteren Leistungsphasen (LP 3 bis 9) wird optional vereinbart. Der Auftraggeber ist im Falle des Abrufs verpflichtet, die Leistungen kurzfristig zu erbringen. Einen Rechtsanspruch auf Übertragung dieser Leistungen besteht nicht.
