Les prestations demandées portent sur : - La communication relative à l'OPAH-RU Multi-Sites, - L'information et le conseil personnalisé aux porteurs de projets, - La réalisation d'un travail de prospection, veille et repérage spécifique à chacune des 6 communes ciblées, - Le traitement des situations de mal-logement au titre de la lutte contre l'habitat indigne et la décence CAF, - L'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage (AMO) pour accompagner les propriétaires occupants modestes ou très modeste, les propriétaires bailleurs conventionnant leur logement et les syndicats de copropriétés en difficulté dans la réalisation de leurs travaux, sur toutes les thématiques de rénovation de l'habitat éligibles aux aides de l'Anah, - L'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage (AMO) pour accompagner les propriétaires bailleurs au conventionnement sans travaux de leur logement, - La réalisation d'étude de faisabilité et la mobilisation des outils d'aménagement pour la restructuration d'immeubles ou d'îlots dégradés, - L'animation et la coordination des partenaires, - Le suivi et pilotage des prestations confiées
