The Mail Manager Full-Service Base Software products (End User Mailer Module) are used by ITS for the development and integration of the address standardization components or the Print to Mail (PTM)-2 project. Support service includes the following: Software updates every two months including any mandatory USPS regulatory changes. Referential data directory updates every month to maintain USPS C/\SS compliance. Unlimited access to customer support from 8AM to 7 PM EST. Access to a wealth of information on the customer portal, including forums, updates, free online training and more.
