Scope overview
Gegenstand der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind die Planung und die Begleitung der Umsetzung (Tragwerksplanerleistungen). Zu erbringen sind Planungsleistungen der Leistungsbilder Tragwerksplanung gemäß §§ 49 - 52 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 14 sowie ggf. besondere Leistungen. Zu erbringen sind die Leistungsphasen 1 - 6 gemäß § 51 HOAI.
Nach Zuschlag werden die Leistungen der Leistungsstufe 1 (Leistungsphase 1 bis 3) beauftragt. Aus förderrechtlichen Gründen erfolgt die Beauftragung in einem Stufenvertrag. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung der weiteren Stufen besteht nicht. Bei einer etwaigen schriftlichen Folgebeauftragung gelten die Bedingungen dieses Vertrages über die 1. Stufe.
Nach Abschluss der Leistungsphase 3 ist auf Grundlage der Kostenberechnung und der zur Verfügung stehenden Mittel ein politischer Beschluss über das weitere Vorgehen erforderlich. Auf Grundlage der Entwurfsplanung wird der Förderantrag beim Ministerium für Inneres, Kommunales, Wohnen und Sport des Landes Schleswig-Holstein (MIKWS) durch den treuhändischen Sanierungsträger, die BIG Städtebau GmbH, gestellt.
