Tragwerksplanung nach Paragraf 51 HOAI - Schulzentrum Peslmüllerstraße 6-8, Neubau, Erweiterung, Umbau / Modernisierung /Bestandssanierung, Mittelschule (4-zg.) - Gymnasium (4-zg.) - Grundschule (4.zg.), Sport- und Schwimmhallen, zentrale Versorgungsküche, Mensa, Technik, Baugrube und Verbau Ausgangssituation: Die Grund- und Mittelschule an der Peslmüllerstraße 8 stammt aus dem Jahr 1971.
Der 4-geschossige Bau (UG bis 2.OG) besteht aus einem Klassentrakt (je 4-zügig) mit Verbindungsgang zum GYM, einem Sporttrakt mit einer Dreifachsporthalle, einer Einfachsporthalle und einer Schwimmhalle. Die Grund- und Mittelschule mit Sporttrakt, Verbindungsgang und der Vorplatz mit Amphitheater stehen unter Denkmalschutz. Das Bertolt-Brecht-Gymnasium aus dem Jahr 1972 ist ein 3-zügiges Mädchengymnasium.
2016 wurde ein Pavillon als Interimslösung errichtet, mit Klassenräumen (GS) uund Mensa für die GS und MS. Die bestehenden Gebäude der Grund- und Mittelschule sowie des Gymnasiums weisen gravierende Mängel auf im Bereich Brandschutz, technische Ausrüstung, Schadstoffbelastung, Wärme- und Schallschutz, Statik und Barrierefreiheit.
Nachfolgend beschriebene Baumaßnahmen erfolgen in mehreren Bauabschnitten bei laufendem Schulbetrieb mit hoher Komplexität und Baulogistik. BGF (Bestand und Neu): ca.
