Scope overview
Le marché public a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de mise en conformité et de remise en état ponctuels des logements acquis par l'EPFIF dans le cadre de l'ORCOD-IN de de Clichy-sous-Bois et de Villepinte.
- Mission 1 : électricité, - Mission 2 : plomberie-carrelage-ventilation, - Mission 3 : menuiseries extérieures et intérieures, - Mission 4 : peinture-sol, - Mission 5 : hygiène-sécurité-nettoyage, - Mission 6 : parties communes, - Mission 7 : commerces. Le contenu et l'étendue des prestations demandées sont définis dans le Cahier des clauses techniques particulières.
En application de l'article R2112-6-1° du Code de la commande publique, les prix sont unitaires. Ainsi, conformément aux articles R2162-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique, le marché prendra la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, exécutés par l'émission, au fur et à mesure, de bons de commande.
Cet accord-cadre est exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions suivantes : - Sans montant minimal, - Avec un montant maximal de 6 400 000 Euros HT pour toute la durée du marché.
