Scope overview
Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Erbringung von Planungsleistungen für die Fachplanung Tragwerk gemäß § 51 HOAI sowie für erforderliche Besondere Leistungen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt eine stufenweise Vergabe der Planungsleistungen. In der Leistungsstufe 1 sollen die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 für Leistungen nach § 51 HOAI sowie die in diesen Phasen erforderlichen Besonderen Leistungen beauftragt werden.
In der Leistungsstufe 2 beabsichtigt der Auftraggeber für die genehmigte Planung die Vergabe der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 6 nach § 51 HOAI sowie der erforderlichen Besonderen Leistungen. Die auf die Leistungsstufe 1 aufbauenden Leistungen werden optional ausgeschrieben. Auf die Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungen/Stufen besteht kein Rechtsanspruch.
