Scope overview
Gegenstand des Auftrages sind die Objekt Planungsleistungen gemäß §§ 41 ff. HOAI 2021 iVm Anlage 12 zur HOAI Grundleistungen aus dem Leistungsbild Ingenieurbauwerke Leistungsphasen 1-9 mit stufenweisem Abruf der Leistungsphasen 1-4 (Stufe 1), Leistungsphase 5 (Stufe 2), Leistungsphasen 6 und 7 (Stufe 3) und Leistungsphasen 8 und 9 (Stufe 4).
Im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung ist zu sicherzustellen, dass der Umbau und die Erweiterung der Kläranlage bei/im laufenden Betrieb erfolgen und die kontinuierliche Behandlung des Abwassers in der Anlage währenddessen gewährleistet ist. Die Leistungen müssen zudem unter Berücksichtigung der Richtlinien für Zuwendungen zu wasserwirtschaftlichen Vorhaben (RZWas 2025, veröffentlicht im BayMBl. 2025 Nr.
135 vom 26.03.2025 und unter https://www.verkuendung-bayern.de/baymbl/2025-135/) erfolgen.
