Scope overview
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind in Los 1 die für die Sanierung erforderlichen Planungs- und Überwachungsleistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und in sehr geringfügigem Umfang auch der Objektplanung Freianlagen nach § 34 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 und § 39 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 11, jeweils in den Leistungsphasen 1-9.
Gesondert werden ausgeschrieben: Los 2 - Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-9, Los 3 - Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-6 Leistungszeit: Fertigstellung der Gesamtmaßnahme spätestens bis zum 30.06.2028. Das Vorhaben wird aus öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert. Die Einhaltung der Fördervoraussetzungen ist zu jeder Zeit zu gewährleisten.
Der Förderbescheid ist Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen. Bezüglich der Beschreibung der Leistung orientiert sich die Auftraggeberin an den Leistungsbildern der HOAI 2021. Näheres regelt der Vertrag.
