Scope overview
Pursuant to Sections 04(2)(i)(D) and 3-04(2)(ii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Department of Sanitation intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Contract with Castle Gate Engineering PC for the Upgrade of Container Transport System at Hamilton and Northshore Marine Transfer Stations.
