DHS is requesting a one year Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) for Urban Strategies, Inc.- Dean Street Family Shelter & Fannie Barnes Residences. The one-year NAE is needed to continue services for DHS clients and provide additional time needed for a new CSP processing. Currently CSP 07123P0025 is pending negotiations for long term site with the number two proposer. Total contract amount is $4,957,146.00, including 25% allowance. Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein.
