STATEMENT OF WORK CGC MOBILE BAY OPFAC: 09-17503 LOCATION: Sturgeon Bay, WI EQUIPMENT: Hi-Fog Water Mist Fire Suppression System COMPONENT AFFECTED: 5-YEAR AND ANNUAL INSPECTION OF SYSTEM Contractor must be certified & capable of performing maintenance on a HI-FOG Water Mist System.
Contractor must set up water mist system for testing; complete the water mist system test; and place water mist system back in normal operation once test is completed. Contractors must ensure all connections, fittings, and equipment within the water mist system are operating correctly as well. Contractor must also complete the 5 Year System Inspection.
Contractors shall use MPC’s R-A-13380, R-C-14526, R-M-13373 as guidance.
Replacement Parts to be included in 5-Year Annual Inspection: 2 - FILTER WATER FILTER R1 1/2, 60-MICROMETER (E31048) 1 - LOWPRESSURE FRESH WATER SAFETY VALVES (M-0010165) 2 - SVM20 DNV VALVE REBUILD KITS (V14020), 2 - CHECK VALVE SET - LOWPRESSURE WATER INLET - (V93000), 2- CHECK VALVE SET - HIGH PRESSURE WATER OUTLET - (V93002), 28 - GAS RELEASE VALVESEAL KIT (G40226.A) Renewal/Exchange: 29 - N2 Cylinders with certification Any discrepancies found shall be noted; and corrected only if no other cost is needed.
If any discrepancy causes cost outside the quote, this shall be routed through customer before discrepancy is corrected.
