Valmennuspalvelut ja asiantuntija-arvioinnit Keski-Uudenmaan työllisyysalueella 2026-2030 (DPS) Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) kohteena ovat Keski-Uudenmaan työllisyysalueen valmennuspalvelut ja asiantuntija-arvioinnit. DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 2 Palvelukuvaus.
DPS:n keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet toimittajat voivat tehdä DPS:ään osallistumishakemuksen. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta DPS:n voimassaollessa. Hankinnat DPS:ään hyväksyttyjen toimittajien kesken toteutetaan DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla (minikilpailutus), jotka voivat ajoittua DPS:n koko hankintavaiheen ajalle.
Minikilpailutukset toteutetaan sähköisessä kilpailutusjärjestelmässä ja tarjouspyyntö on auki vähintään 14 päivää. Hankintasopimuksen voimassaoloaika määräytyy minikilpailutuksen perusteella. Hankintasopimuksen voimassaolo voi jatkua myös DPS:n voimassaoloajan päättymisen jälkeen, edellyttäen että DPS:n sisällä kilpailutettu sopimus on tullut voimaan ennen DPS:n päättymistä.,
