Scope overview
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung HLS und Elektro gemäß § 55 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1-9. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist vorgesehen. Es sollen zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1-3, sodann die Leistungsphase 4 und anschließend die Leistungsphasen 5-9 beauftragt werden.
Die voraussichtlichen Kosten (netto) werden erwartet mit: KG 420 Wärmeversorgungsanlagen: 345.378,15 EUR; KG 430 Raumlufttechnische Anlagen: 294.605,04 EUR; KG 440 Elektrische Anlagen: 204.672,27 EUR; KG 480 Gebäude- und Anlagenautomation 62.596,64 EUR. Die Maßnahme ist IBW-EFRE-gefördert und ist zeitkritisch. Laut Förderbescheid ist das bewilligte Vorhaben bis zum 15.09.2027 auszuführen und abzurechnen.
Der Verwendungsnachweis ist bis zum 15.03.2028 einzureichen. Bezüglich der Leistungsbeschreibung orientiert sich die Auftraggeberin an der HOAI 2021. Näheres regelt der Vertrag.
