Certificate of Urgency (COU) approved 16 December 2025 authorizes the undefinitized procurement for the VH-92A®Patriot® engine torque limiter removal test and certification. In accordance with the COU, this effort will be definitized no later than 30 June 2026. Sikorsky is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, expertise, and the necessary proprietary technical data required to perform this effort.
