Scope overview
Auf dem Grundstück der Fritz-Werner-Straße 45 und der Kruckenbergstraße 40-64 soll im Rahmen der Nachverdichtung die bestehende Parkpalette zurückgebaut und durch einen Neubau mit 73 Wohneinheiten ersetzt werden. Die geplante Wohnbebauung wird durch eine Tiefgarage mit 39 Pkw-Stellplätzen ergänzt, die als Mittelgarage konzipiert ist.
Die Erschließung erfolgt analog zur bestehenden Parkpalette über die Fritz-Werner-Straße. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind sowohl Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 5 und 8 als auch alle hochbaulichen und fachtechnischen Bauleistungen inkl. Freianlagen. Die Leistungen sollen an einen Generalunternehmer vergeben werden. Es liegt bereits eine Baugenehmigung vor.
