Scope overview
The District is seeking competitive bids for E-Rate Category One services to provide reliable, scalable Internet Access and Data Transmission Services to support instructional and operational needs across the district. The requested service shall provide a minimum capacity of 1 Gbps, scalable up to 5 Gbps, to serve the district-wide campus.
In addition, the District requires a minimum of 200 Mbps, scalable up to 1 Gbps, to serve the off-site high school annex located at: 201 S. Water St. Coshocton, Ohio 43812 43812 The Districts designated demarcation (DMARC) location is at the Elementary School. Vendors should clearly identify how services will be delivered to this location. Leased lit fiber is the preferred solution.
Vendors may propose alternative solutions; however, all proposals must meet or exceed the minimum bandwidth requirements and provide scalable capacity within the specified ranges. The District owns the internal fiber circuits between buildings located on the main campus.
Proposals should therefore account for connectivity to the DMARC location, with the understanding that internal campus fiber infrastructure is district-owned. All proposals should include detailed pricing, bandwidth scalability options, service level agreements (SLAs), installation timelines, and any applicable one-time and recurring costs in accordance with E-Rate Category One program requirements.
