Scope overview
Mitchell County School System is seeking proposals for E-Rate eligible Category One services for Funding Year 2027. The District requires a fully managed Wide Area Network (WAN) solution connecting all instructional and administrative facilities, along with scalable Internet access.
Services requested include: Leased lit fiber, leased dark fiber, or equivalent high-capacity transport Wide Area Network connectivity between all district sites Internet access scalable to meet current and future bandwidth needs Managed services to include monitoring, maintenance, and repair Optional managed router or related equipment (must be separately itemized) Installation and special construction, if necessary, must be clearly identified Internet Access: Quote between 2 GB and 10 GB for internet access for the district WAN Service: Quote between 2 GB and 10 GB WAN service for the district Vendors may propose alternate technical solutions that meet or exceed the performance requirements.
