Scope overview

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development s ( HPD or the agency ) Office of Housing Access and Stability ( HAS ) is in the process of digitalizing documents as part of the DDMS (Digital Document Management System) project. All the documents received from clients via paper, fax, and email, are scanned and indexed. Thereafter, uploaded to FileNet as the final storage location.

While all the documentation is retained in DDMS, a special tool called PSPDFKIT is required to edit, rotate, merge, add, and delete pages. This tool is an integral component for the effective use of DDMS to review all documentation. Agency: Housing Preservation and Development Status: Award
