Scope overview
Georgia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Log-In Georgia Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Fiber Optic (passive) Infrastructure Deployment: Phase 4 (Tbilisi-Marneuli-Tsalka) .
The bidding process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” dated July 2016 (sixth edition, February 2025) (“Procurement Regulations”). The N(N)LE OPEN NET now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for Fiber Optic (passive) infrastructure construction in the Tbilisi-Marneuli-Tsalka region. The duration of work is 350 days.
Bidding will be conducted through a national competitive procurement method using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the Procurement Regulations. No margin of preference is applied. Qualifying criteria to award the contract can be found in the Bidding Documents.
