Scope overview
Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die zur Umsetzung des zuvor beschriebenen Vorhabens erforderlichen Ingenieurleistungen zum Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung gemäß § 55 Abs.1 HOAI mit den entsprechenden Leistungsphasen sowie die Besonderen Leistungen der Einarbeitung in das Projekt auf Grundlage der bereits vorliegenden Machbarkeitsstudie.
Ziel der Stadt Hamm ist es, das Gebäude im Bestand zu erhalten und einer ganzheitlichen Sanierung zu unterziehen. Dabei sollen neben der technischen Ertüchtigung auch funktionale, gestalterische und energetische Verbesserungen umgesetzt werden.
