Scope overview
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen.
Die Leistungen umfassen die Errichtung einer redundanten Kälte- und Klimaversorgung für einen neuen Relaisraum, die mechanische Lüftung eines neuen Batterieraums unter Berücksichtigung brandschutztechnischer Anforderungen, die Kühlung von zwei neuen USV-Räumen, den Neubau einer Lüftungsanlage für technische Räume mit bedarfsabhängigem Außenluftanteil sowie die Installation von wassergekühlten Kaltwassersätzen mit Rückkühlern, Rohrleitungsnetzen und Nebenaggregaten.
Ergänzend sind Anpassungen und Neubauten von Brandschutzklappen und Kondensat-Ablaufleitungen, sowie Dämmarbeiten auszuführen. Die Arbeiten erfolgen unter Einhaltung aller geltenden technischen, sicherheits- und brandschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben.
