Scope overview
Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist die Errichtung der Lüftungsanlagen. Die Be- und Entlüftung erfolgt über zentrale RLT-Anlagen für das Hauptgebäude und die Turnhalle sowie über separate Abluftanlagen für die Küche. Die Anlagen gewährleisten die Einhaltung der geforderten Luftwechselraten, Raumluftqualität und hygienischen Vorgaben gemäß DIN, VDI und DGUV.
Die Luftverteilung erfolgt über Blechkanäle und Lüftungsrohre mit verstellbaren Durchlässen, pneumatischem Abgleich und Brandschutzmaßnahmen. Zulu?, Ablu? und Wärmebereitstellung werden zonenweise geregelt, einschließlich WRG, Heizregistern, EC- Ventilatoren und optionaler natürlicher Nachtauskühlung. Sämtliche Installationen werden geprüft, brandschutzkonform ausgeführt und an die Nutzungsvorgaben angepasst.
